Orders will be shipped insured with UPS within the EU, United Kingdom and Norway. For other countries please contact us for more information.

Shipping within Germany (about 3-5 working days)

Shipping within Germany (about 2-4 working days)

Taxes
Orders are import tax-free within the EU. Swiss orders shipped with DHL Express are tax-free as well. Orders to the US (order value above 1000 USD) and Canada (depending on which state you're living in, you have to pay a local import tax, directly invoiced by the Canadian Post. This means roughly 5% and it might include a handling fee by Canadian Post) can be charged taxes. For the mentioned exceptions, your local post carrier will charge you the import tax.

Return &
Exchange Policy
You have a 14 day right to return your order after receiving it. We provide German orders with a return label. Please write us an email: contact@linasaleemjewels.com

Return costs (within Germany)
We kindly ask you to place your order carefully so that there are as few returns as possible. If you have any questions about us or our products in advance, feel free to send us a quick email to contact@linasaleemjewels.com. We love to give a helping hand.

The return costs in Germany for orders until 500€ are 8€. These are automatically deducted from your refund.
​
Please note that the return costs outside of Germany may vary and need to be covered by you.
​
Please keep a proof of shipment until we confirm that we got your return. After checking the returned items, we will make the refund within 14 working days to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Returns (outside of Germany)
For returns outside of Germany, we kindly ask you to buy a label INSURED by yourself and send your return to the following address:

Notes on our returns policy
As a small business, we want to provide you with the best service possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

1) Please note that a refund is only possible within 14 days if the merchandise is in its original condition. After 14 days a refund of the purchase price is not possible.
​
2) If a return reaches us after the 14 days and a refund is no longer possible, we reserve the right to send the goods back to the sender at his/her expense (approx. 8€-20€).
​
3) Please note: If you order a piece specially made for you, please add the production to the shipping time.
